Foundations is a youth strength and movement program that teaches young athletes how to run, jump, land, and train safely. The focus is on building coordination, confidence, and proper movement skills in an age-appropriate, structured environment. Foundations supports long-term athletic development without pressure, burnout, or early specialization.
Strength Forge
Athletes 13yrs and Older
Strength Forge is a coached strength training program for teens focused on learning how to lift safely, build real strength, and develop confidence in the weight room. Training emphasizes proper technique, progressive loading, and age-appropriate programming that supports athletic performance and long-term health. Sessions are structured, supervised, and designed to help teens train with purpose, consistency, and confidence.
Speed Saturdays
Athletes 9yrs+
Speed Saturday is a weekly speed and agility session focused on teaching young athletes proper sprint mechanics, acceleration, and change-of-direction skills. Training is age-appropriate, coached, and designed to improve speed and confidence while keeping engaged and having fun.
*Sessions Work Like Punch Cards and Can Be Used Anytime--Not Constrained to the Month.
*All Sessions Must Be Used Withing 6 Months of Original Purchase. Any Unused Sessions Will Be Lost After Six Months of the Original Purchase Date of the Training Package.
